Prohibitions
This website (infrastructure and content) is proprietary to Elegant Voyage and its suppliers and providers.
As a user, you may only use this website for gathering travel information and making travel reservations with Elegant Voyage. Except for conveying details of authorized reservations, copying, reproducing, publishing, licensing, distributing, or transmitting any information, software, products or services obtained from this website, is prohibited.

Any intention to access, monitor, copy, or incorporate (such as “frame”, “mirror” or “deep-link”) any part of this website into any other website, can only be done with our prior written authorization.
Please contact us should you have such intentions/requirements. 

Supplier policies
Your reservations with Elegant Voyage bind you into a contractual relationship with our suppliers. There may be additional terms and conditions directly imposed by these suppliers. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully.

Additional deposits or charges may be collected/imposed by our suppliers prior to your usage of their products and services. These extra charges are unrelated to any payment received or due to Elegant Voyage.

Any violation of suppliers’ policies and rules may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), forfeiture of payments made earlier, and denied access to the reserved products and/or services.

Reservations
Products and services listed in this website are available for your reservation(s) at the displayed rates. Upon confirming your reservation(s), you agree to authorize Elegant Voyage to facilitate the reservation(s) on your behalf, charge your credit card, and make payment arrangements with the providers and suppliers (including but not limited hotels, cruises, limousines, tours)

All hotel reservation(s) are subject to hotel specific amendments, cancellation and no-show policies and charges. Please read through these specific policies carefully at the time of booking.

There will be no refund (either in part or full) of all reservation(s) cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Should you be entitled to any refund within the policies, please contact us within 21 days of amendments and/or cancellations.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimers
While Elegant Voyage endeavors to provide detailed information of travel products and services, it does not guarantee the accuracy, and disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, misrepresentation or inaccuracies, of information, software, products and services (including but not limited to pricing, photographs, listed amenities and facilities, product descriptions) displayed on this website. All information, software, products and services are published without warranty of any kind.
Ratings of products and services displayed on this website are general guidelines for references only, and are not guaranteed by Elegant Voyage.

Elegant Voyage and its affiliate companies within The Elegant Group of companies disclaim all warranties and conditions that this website, its servers or any emails sent from The Elegant Group of companies are free of viruses or other harmful components in the technology/internet arena. 

Elegant Voyage is not liable for any acts, breaches or negligence of any suppliers resulting in personal injuries, death and any other damages. It also has no liability and will make no refund nor be responsible for additional expenses, in the event of delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure or other causes (including but limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, road blocks, labor/political strikes, government or relevant authorities’  intervention), due to any reason not under the purview of the company, or for any other reasons whatsoever to which the company is not directly or indirectly responsible for its occurrence.

The company’s liability is only limited to the value of the portion of service (as per the initial agreement) which stands incomplete, from the service of Elegant Voyage, equivalent to the missing/poorly performed service, with a maximum of twice its cost.  At any point of time, should the company decide to compensate its customers, it will be based on goodwill basis, at the company’s sole discretion.

Indemnification
In the event of any claims, recoveries, losses, damages, fines or penalties brought about by a third party, due to your breach of user agreement, violation of any law or rights of a third party, or misuse of this website, you agree to defend and indemnify Elegant Voyage on all its costs or expenses (including but limited to legal and accounting fees).

Currency Converter
This website displays rates in American Dollars (USD). All conversions are based on a currency converter available on the website. The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time. Actual rates may vary at point of reservation.

Bank and Credit Card fees
Payments on this website may be subject to bank conversion rates and fees. Please contact your bank directly if you have such queries.

Applicability and updates of Terms and Conditions
